The ultra-stylish HOUSE spans over the top 2 levels of the residence. Uninterrupted views of the ocean take center stage in every single room. A sophisticated and comfortable seascape perfectly suited for groups and families of up to 6 people – or up to 8 people if booked in combination with the independent STUDIO (bottom floor).

The main level of the HOUSE is designed as a large, seamless entertainment space. Enjoy open plan living with lounge and dining areas all opening seamlessly to the decks in the front and in the back. The front deck with the saltwater infinity pool offers breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. The deck in the back has a large braii (BBQ), a private seaview outdoor shower and an outdoor dining table with dramatic mountain views.

The upper level comprises 3 stylish and comfortable bedrooms with spectacular seaviews and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).

BEYOND Misty Cliffs offers a seamless flow between multiple casual, yet stylish indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces. Enjoy a breakfast overlooking the ocean before heading off to the beach. Feel like being on a cruise when you recline on a comfortable lounger overlooking pristine blue sea. Enjoy the world’s best Atlantic Seaboard sunsets from the infinity pool. Have a braii (BBQ) with a dramatic mountain backdrop. Gather by the large wood burning fireplaces on colder evenings. See the Milky Way like never before – arching across the sky of Misty Cliffs at night.

An iconic staircase with a spectacular view of the dramatic mountain backdrop leads to the upper level with three stylish bedrooms. All bedrooms offer gigantic views of the ocean straight from your bed. Large sliding doors  open to a surrounding balcony.

The masterbath (en-suite) offers a highly instagrammable XL walk-in rain shower overlooking the wild ocean. Highlight of the second (shared) bath is a bathtub with an amazing mountain view.

BEYOND Misty Cliffs is equipped with a solar system and a backup battery for uninterrupted power supply during frequent loadshedding. Uncapped WiFi (fibre) is included. There is no TV. The residence was designed as a seascape from everyday life to enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature – so you won’t miss it.
